Booking Notes
𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧: A 40% deposit is required to secure a reservation, with the remaining 60% payable 7 days before arrival. For December and Easter bookings, the balance is due 14 days before arrival. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival require full payment upon confirmation. 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗔𝗚𝗘 𝗗𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗧: A refundable breakage deposit of R2,000 is payable separately and will be refunded after departure and property inspection, less any applicable deductions for damage, breakages, missing items or additional cleaning costs. 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬: All cancellations must be submitted in writing, with at least 14 days' notice before arrival. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival may result in some or all of the booking payment being retained, depending on the circumstances and the possibility of securing a replacement booking, subject to applicable consumer legislation. 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗠𝗨𝗠 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦: Peak season requires a minimum stay of 6 consecutive nights. Semi-peak, low and out-of-season bookings require a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. Weekend bookings also require a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. Corporate bookings are subject to availability and individual arrangements. 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞-𝗜𝗡 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞-𝗢𝗨𝗧: Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗦: Additional cleaning is available on request at R250 per day.
