The property has abundant bird life, and you may even spot a small wild animal or two!
There is a communal swimming pool, squash court, large gardens, pathways for endless walks, and a kids play area. There is a security guard at the gate and patrols around the complex are conducted throughout the night.
This unit has an Undercover parking for 1 vehicle as well as guest parking.
Peak season from R980 per day for 4 people. R150 pp for extra occupants but max 6 persons capacity.
Mid season from R780 per day for 4 people. R150 pp for extra occupants but max 6 persons capacity.
Low season and out of season from R650 per day for 4 people. R150 pp for extra occupants but max 6 persons capacity.
R400 breakage fee. 50% of the total booking amount is due on acceptance of the booking, balance must be paid prior to taking occupation. Once off cleaning fee of R500.00 is also payable and a breakage deposit R400.
