Notes No loud noises or music after 10pm as we have permanent tenants and on the premises. Day visitors need to be off premises by 10pm. Additional cleaning days requested by guests, are charged at R100. (2 hours) Check in time is after 12 pm & before 6:00 pm. Late check in is a flat fee of R150 after 6pm payable on arrival. Check out time is before 10 am. Broken/Missing/damaged items from units will be taken from your breakage deposit or invoiced to the person who made the reservation. Failure to adhere to the above will result in fines taken off your breakage deposit.
