With more than 20 years of professional experience across Human Resources, Industrial Relations, business operations and leadership, Bridgette brings a depth of experience that extends well beyond the traditional property transaction.

Her career has included senior responsibility across a national retail network of 140 stores and approximately 1,000 employees, together with extensive experience in payroll governance, compliance, performance management, dispute resolution and organisational leadership.

Earlier in her career, Bridgette also managed payroll operations supporting approximately 3,000 employees per month, led teams, managed client relationships and guided organisations through complex operational and people-related challenges.

But the numbers only tell part of her story.

Bridgette's move into real estate represents a new professional chapter built on an established career.

Her experience spans organisations including FrontierCo, Alexander Forbes, Marcus Evans, Siemens and AngloGold, while her formal qualifications include a National Diploma in Personnel Management and additional professional training in finance, interviewing and selection, supervision, business and life skills, and training management.

Now, Bridgette is applying that professional foundation to the KZN South Coast property market, developing her property career while bringing the same standards of professionalism, communication and relationship-building that have defined her working life.
